I'm a fractional and embedded operations partner with nearly 30 years of experience helping high-performing teams grow and steady themselves — across startups, scale-ups, and global companies.
My background spans SaaS, fintech, aviation, edtech, media, and insurance. Over the years, I’ve built hiring frameworks, led company-wide transformations, overhauled delivery operations, and worked directly with founders in the thick of it — those messy, pivotal moments when a business is stretching to meet its next chapter.
What I believe sets me apart isn’t just the breadth of experience — it’s how I show up. I bring calm authority, pick up context quickly, and work with clarity and care to untangle what’s stuck.
